Project Brief - Restore Life to this Classic Home!

To restore, renovate and extend an Edwardian home, ensuring the exterior of the home is in keeping with the period of the original home, keeping the front four rooms as original as possible, whilst ensuring the the home was uplifted with modern contemporary living standards, such as ensuring the home is well insulated. acoustically sound had generous storage, maximised the limited space and was finished with chic fixtures and fittings.

Replicating the Period Charm 

The extension of the project during construction with exposed rafter ends and weatherboards to match the original era of the home, but detailed using modern finishes.

There is Never enough storage

Inbuilt drawers that recessed into the ceiling cavity, taking full advantage of dead roof space. In addition to this a large walk in attic was built in the roof.
